Terms and Conditions
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ESMI via e-mail to registration@esmi-insight.eu and bmicmeeting@gmail.com.
Registration fees (less € 10 to cover administrative costs) will be refunded for cancellations received by April 4th, 2019. Cancellations received after April 4th, 2019 are not refundable (or participants who fail to attend).
Substitutes will be accepted at any time.
